Inspection Readiness training is a critical requirement as companies plan for filing and subsequent inspection. Being prepared for an actual inspection reduces the chances of errors or findings on the day, it also means all individuals involved in the inspection know what to expect, what to say and what to do. Inspection Readiness training is a 90 minute training session covering the requirements for Inspection Readiness, the key roles, equipment, how to prepare, what to expect and common pitfalls to avoid.
We have conducted mock audits with clients to assist them in their inspection preparation activities. The purpose of the mock audit is to conduct a ‘trial run’ of an actual inspection, conduct the interviews with the key stakeholders and provide feedback on gaps and improvement areas. One of the key outputs of the mock audit is the mock audit report showing gaps and areas of improvement.
